Lorraine Daniels, PhD, has over 20 years of experience in utilizing her engineering and statistical skills for process design and improvement. She teaches soft skills and technical concepts to participants with a variety of backgrounds. Currently, she provides Six Sigma training to companies at a Green Belt, Black Belt and Champion level. Also, she coaches Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts on projects for businesses and government agencies.

Her specific areas of proficiency include design of experiments, statistical process control, teamwork, quality tools and software skills. Lorraine co-authored The Six Sigma Black Belt Handbook. Her Ph.D. from Arizona State University is in Industrial Engineering.

Alan McLeod, Ph.D., P.Eng., of C.A. Technical Consulting, is an experienced professional engineer, designer, instructor and user of data acquisition systems, custom software for automation, process monitoring and control, and also data storage, retrieval and analysis. He is also an expert in physical chemistry, thermodynamics, electrochemistry and kinetics.
